Why do i get logged out in the chatroom when i start to type?

I have been asked by Betti to post this mail she sent to me regarding her logouts from the chatroom, she has explained that loging in most times is not to bad but when she starts to type to answer to someone in chat she gets immidiately disconnected with an IP invalid address? Can anyone assist with this problem and hopefully resolve it ?

    hi Billy,
I have never ONCe been able to stay logged in to chat and write....
but if I dont try to say anything, I can stay logged in and read. it
is heartbreaking sometimes because I'm very lonely. and nobody's gonna
bother with emails. not even me :-)
I1m not using a proxy, it's a normal Burmese IP, automatic connection.
just doesn't work. skype and gtalk do most of the time, as well as
facebook chat. I can download youtube videos, just very slowly, about
    15k.
greetings to everyone, I really wish I could be there now, so many
    people to talk to.....
    B.

    Thank you,

    Billy.

Re: Why do i get logged out in the chatroom when i start to type?

Billy, thanks for taking this up - I can post here just fine but honestly didn't bother.
not much has ever been solved in the chatroom and I just never took the trouble to ask.
I guess in a way I deserve it, or serves me right, or whatever.
some days it feels really bad, some days it's ok to be so disconnected.
by automatic connection I meant the browser setting specifies no proxy, or choose proxy automatically, whichever works on the day. I get the wireless from the internet cafe downstairs.
