Can't seem to post replies due to page "timing out"..

It's not that I don't wanna post on this forum, cause I do, but it seems lately I can't seem to get my replies to "take", due to the page timing out. I can't even get a "preview" of the post to bounce back to my pc fast enough.
It is my end, or something I've got set wrong on my p/c?

I remembered this post after the same problem occurred today when I used a new PC.
I tried to solve it by booting out, then logging in and clicking on "Remember me". It worked.
