    Condiments

    I've just finished my oatmeal and I'm already thinking about this evening's meal. I wanted something with rice (what else?) along with those 3 cucumbers staring at me. Ah, you already know what I'm thinking, don't you? That refreshing condiment using fresh cucumbers and vinegar. Here's the recipe:

    My fav' condiment is probably Namplaa-prik,Prik-naamplaa whatever you want to call it. I like it freshly made instead, 2 part fish sauce, 2 part fresh squeeze lime juice ( preferably key lime for better fragrant ) bird eye chilli finely chopped and a pinch of sugar.
