Tiger Air launches Chiang Mai route

Singapore based low cost carrier Tiger Air has launched new Singapore Chiang Mai direct route that will travel between the two cities four times a week; departing for Singapore from Chiang Mai on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Return flights from Singapore to Chiang Mai depart on the same days. The flights are scheduled to begin with the onset of the high tourist season in the beginning of November.

Fares begin at 2,375 baht plus tax.

Tiger Airs Chief Commercial Officer told reporters that history and nature play a big part in attracting seasoned travelers. He added that their four new destinations which include Chiang Mai, Lijiang in Thailand, Langkawi in Malaysia (all four times a week) and Lombok in Indonesia three times a week.
