Dear 5tash, Guava, David and Djaidee,

I understand how you have felt so far about some postings.
Due to a wide variety of peoples with different levels of English proficiency as well as different cultures, we might see something 'strange' on this webboard.
So, please try to restrain or control our mind (ทำใจ) and keep on sharing what we have already known or experienced with our friends interested in improving their Thai.

    Best wishes,
    Pichai

Would it be better to transcribe Felicia as เฟลิเซีย ?

Depends on how the OP pronounces it, myself I would go for a third option, เฟลีเซีย.

    Hey!

I was trying to find out how to write my sisters name in Thai, thinking of maybe getting a tattoo...

    It's Siobhan (pronounced Shi-vawn/ shi-vorn)

    Thanks for any help!

Siobhan might be a name to avoid having translated into thai, since they don't have the sh or v sounds. You can translate it but it's going to end up as 'si-worn'...

    รีออง and คารอน

However, in order to write the exactly correct name I have to know how it spell.

It can vary to รียอง and แคร์รอน
