Prawn Cake (Tod Mun Goong) ·Í´ÁÑ¹¡Øé§
·Í´ÁÑ¹¡Øé§ Prawn Cake
-Prawn ( frozen) 1 Kg
-Pork fat 200 g
-Maggi seasoning sauce 3 tbs.
-Soy sauce 3 tbs.
-Coriander roots 5
-White pepper 1 tbs.
-salt 1 tsp.
-White sugar 2 tbs
-Sweet chili sauce or Plum sauce
-Knor 1 tbs
Prepare: chop coriander root and garlic, then pound together , add white pepper.
Put prawn and pork fat in a grinder with 2 eggs,( coriander root, garlic and white pepper)
Add knor seasoning, white sugar, salt, maggi seasoning, and soy sauce
I dip in bread crumb 2 times
Then deep fried them in medium heat until turn to golden brown.
Dip with chili sauce or plum sauce.
