Do you mean free TRIAL? Not meaning to embarrass anyone, but this forum also aims to promote knowledge. If you mean "TEST OF PERFORMANCE' the correct word is TRIAL, not trail.

The free trial will protect your computer for the 30 days the free trial lasts, after that it will not.

You will have to pay for it to protect your computer after that or find a new anti virus program.

There are some anti virus programs that are free forever-they will protect your computer without you ever having to pay anything-but often not as well as an anti virus program you pay for.

Also free anti virus programs will send you e-mails etc trying to get you to pay for the anti virus program almost every day. It gets very annoying

It is better for your PC and your files for you to buy a good anti virus program.

NOD-the one you have a free trial for-is good.

YOU MUST take off the anti virus program on your computer before putting a different one on it or there will be problems.

IF you decide to buy NOD you may not need to take the trial copy off your computer, you may be given a code to enter on your computer to turn your trial copy into a fully paid copy.
