The วา is a unit of length equal to two meters. Therefore, a square wa (ตารางวา) is equal to 4 square meters, or just under 4.8 square yards. The 150 ตร.ว. in the advertisement is equal to 600 square meters, or a little over 717 square yards, for those of us unfortunate enough to use those units.

Another common unit of measurement for land is the ไร่ which is 1600 square meters or 400 ตารางวา.

๑ ไร่ = ๔๐๐ ตารางวา = ๑๖๐๐ ตารางเมตร
