    question

Planning to travel down to SunFlower (saraburi/lopburi) field next week.
I know grape farm is close to SunFlower Field, as well as ChokChai Farm.
Can anyone give me some guidance on how to go by train from BKK?
Which place should I visit first of these 3 places?
Dun plan to stay overnight there.

    Apprec any input.
    Thanks!

Hmm, well I dunno about the other two, but Chokchai is really fun! Be sure to check out the horse-riding lessons from the people who are kind of dressed like the Village People.

I wouldn't spend a full day at Chokchai. If you do some research, you can join in with the big tour group; they'll take you through the dairy processing, yogourt production, calf feeding, and (ick) artificial insemination procedures in about 2 hours. If you've got time though, I recommend eating at the restaurant where the steaks are wonderful.

At the moment, the State Railways of Thailand are organizing day long trips to the sunflower fileds and Pasak Chollasit Dam. The train departs Hua Lumphong station at 8.05 a.m. and returns at 6 p.m. The train will stop at several sunflower farms to allow passengers to get down to take pictures. The cost is 200 baht per person. For more details and reservation ring 02-222 0175 or 02 220 4272.

That much I couldn't tell you; my host parents were gracious enough to take me to the steakhouse every time we went to and from Bangkok and we went to the Farm for a day trip
