Can anyone enlighten me on the various available methods with cost included to get from Bangkok to Pattaya.
For example the starting point is Ma Boon Krong, how do I get to Pattaya using various transpost methods, i.e. bus, train, cab, etc.
Which stations must I go to, what services do I require and the costs. Thanks.

Hello Makiy0,
You could get a cab from bkk airport, usually costs about 1200 TB. I am not sure of the cost of using other transport!!

Catch the Sky Train at National Stadium to Ekkamai (35 baht) and then a bus from the nearby Eastern Bus Termical (79 baht upwards).

Thanks Sawatdee, another question for you. How long does the journey take?

It takes about two and a half hours by bus and it costs 79 baht. If you take a mini bus from Khao San Road or a mini bus organized by travel agents it will take two hours and costs about 150 baht.
(all prices are approx and if you do go then please give us a report of method and prices)Help support the forums by making a donation today. Thank you.

Of course! I'll try my best to be there. Really want to take a look around Samut Prakan.
