I'm quite certain that my grammar and structure is horrible... (and awaiting correction)
But as for vocab... here are some hints if anyone has had trouble reading my essay.

ตัดสิน -- A decision
ทำตัดสินใจ -- to make a decision ??(I think)
สำคัญ -- important
โอกาส -- opportunity
ไม่แน่ใจ -- not sure
รายการ -- list
สิ่งดีสิ่งไม่ดี -- good things, not good things (pros and cons???)
ความคิด -- idea

A couple notes on usage:

*ตัดสิน is a verb, not a noun--means to judge or decide, but to me it means more to judge the value of, like อย่าตัดสินผู้อื่น "Don't judge others", or ผู้พิพากษาตัดสินคดี "The judge judged the case."
*ตัดสินใจ is also a verb, more comparable to the English verb "decide" that suits this situation, since ตัดสินใจ means to "make up your mind", or to judge your mind.

I'd translate "make a decision" as ทำการตัดสินใจ, since it has to be a noun before you can ทำ it. However, whereas English seems to favor nouns, Thai favors verbs, so instead of ทำการตัดสินใจ, somehow ตัดสินใจ sounds more natural for Thai.

I have to make an important decision:
Noun-based: ฉันต้องทำการตััดสินใจเรื่องที่สำคัญ Sounds awkward, although grammatically okay
Verb-based: ฉันต้องตัดสินใจเรื่องสำคัญ or perhaps the most Thai-sounding one is ฉันมีเรื่อง(ที่)สำคัญ(ที่)ต้องตัดสินใจ <--- The parentheses indicate optional elements

Hi Pailin, since I am not sure what are the exact sentences you wanted to say so here are my suggestions, accompanied with English translation as close as possible to Thai phrases I chose to use.

พวกคุณมีวิธีำตัดสินใจกันอย่างไร
(You, people!) What is your method of making decision?

That are the translation word by word, but really the meaning is the same as 'How do you make decision?'

I use พวกคุณ and add กัน to point out that you ask anybody who read your message, but if you ask just one person, you can use คุณ as you have done.

ฉันต้องตัดสินใจในสิ่งที่สำคัญมาก
I have to make decision in a very important issue

(Or as Rikker said, ฉันมีเรื่องที่สำคัญมากต้องตัดสินใจ I have a very important issue need to make a decision about)

และฉันไม่รู้ว่าจะทำอย่างไรดี
and I don't know what should I do.

ฉันมีโอกาสเลือกที่ทำงานสองที่ ฉันไม่แน่ใจว่าที่ไหนดีที่สุด
I have an opportunity to choose between 2 workplaces, I am not sure which one is the best.

But actually the last sentence I think it is better to use ดีกว่า instead of ดีที่สุด since there are only 2 places to compare.

ฉันไม่แน่ใจว่าที่ไหนดีกว่ากัน
I am not sure which one is better.

ฉันได้ถามเพื่อนแล้ว...
I have asked my friend(s).
or you can use ...
ฉันได้ถามเพื่อนดูแล้ว or ฉันได้ลองถามเพื่อนดูแล้ว
I have tried asking my friend(s).

ฉันได้ร่างข้อดีข้อเสียแล้ว....
I have drawn up pros and cons.
pros and cons = ข้อดีข้อเสีย (or you can use ข้อดีกับข้อเสีย or ข้อดีและข้อเสีย, it doesn't matter)

แต่ฉันยังตัดสินใจไม่ได้เลย
But I am still unable to make the decision.

มีข้อเสนอแนะบ้างไหม
Do you have any suggestion?

or

มีความเห็นไหมว่าฉันควรทำอย่างไรดี
Do you have any opinion whether what should I do?
