    Technical Question

Is the date and time stamp adjusted to an individual users' local time before display to give a common reference point?

Yes it is. If you have not adjusted your local time it will show the posted time as Bangkok time. It converts all time stamps to whatever timezone you have it set for, that is one small script that runs with each page loaded. However everything is written to the database in Bangkok time.

Extra bit of info, all organized events and references to time in staff conversations and announcements are also in Bangkok time zone for ease of reference.
