Father's day at my school - children's art

This week, our kids were learning about HM the King, and father's day. We had some kind of art activity every day, like painting Thai flags and making father's day cards.
Here are some of the drawings children (aged 6) made about HM the King.

(They did see a couple of movies and pictures about the King but they were not told what or how to draw, and all photos were removed so they don't try to copy anything. The paper is A3 size.)

Here are some father's day cards

(That red heart is "3-dimensional", it pops up when you open the card. Children cannot write by themselves, they told the Thai teacher what they would like to write, and then they copied from a slice of paper. We also looked up "I love you" in several languages so children could write a message in their own language if their father is not Thai.)

We make these yellow flowers for the noticeboard display every year. They look amazing with the painted Thai flags - I just didn't take a photo when it was all finished.
