Hi everyone - Hoping someone can help me out here - does the train go from Bangkok to this small port, Kantang? or does it only stop in Trang? as it looks like the tracks go as far as the coast.

The reason why I'm asking is that I will be staying on Ko Libong for 10 days (not until December 2004) and just was interested. Will be coming from Bangkok...

Thanks for any information.

Cheers, Lee

There is a daily rapid train between Bangkok directly to Kantang leaving Bangkok at 18.20 and arriving kantang at 10.50 of the next day.
Have a good time!
