Looking to get hold of a copy of this Thia Movie.

It was made in the late ninetees and banned from the cinemas upon release. Went to video but I don't know about VCD or DVD.

Anyone could help I'd be grateful.

I saw it obver a decade ago but as memory serves

Mad guy lives on street outside house of rich family and believes in his delusions he's a family member.
Rich family are all really revolting people except one kind daughter.
Family has 2 illegal immigrant Burmese servants they haven't paid for a couple of years and need rid of.
Family agrees to pay corrupt policeman to arrest the servants and fit them up for murder to avoid paying them.
The servants escape from prison and go back to family to seek revenge.
The house is empty except for the kind daughter, who they murder.
The family arrive home with them laying in ambush.
As they are about to attack the mad guy rushes in kills the servants and saves them.
The corrupt policeman arrives to collect payment for fitting them up.
They don't want to pay him so agree to pretend he saved them, he gets a medal, they keep the money and the mad guy is dumped back on the streets.

:( Oh my, the plot is chilling right to the end... The facet of humanity the film is trying to portray is far more frightening than the scariest of ghost movies I have ever watched...

Pity I can't find a copy. sellvcd doesn't seem to have it anymore.
