Ubon ratchathani candle festival 2010

Can someone please tell me if the Candle Festival in Ubon will be on 15 - 16 July 2010? I have read a couple of different dates. I would like to make sure I am in country to see it.

I read on one website that those are the dates. The Tourism Authority of Thailand website says UBON RATCHATHANI CANDLE FESTIVAL 2010 & THE 5th INTERNATIONAL WAX SCULPTURE At Thung Sri Muang Park and Ubon Ratchathani National Museum July 1 - 31, 2010 http://www.tatnews.org/events/events/2010/july/4648.asp

the main event should be related to the Buddhist holiday of Khao Phansa, which is at full moon.

Thank you, I did find this same page on the internet. I just want to make sure I am there to see the finale. Or the best part of the festival.
